The app
Spin & Paint lets you colour, number and solve 3D models on your device. You may use it for personal, non-commercial enjoyment. The models, artwork and software stay ours; the pictures you paint are yours.
The subscription
Most of the catalogue needs a subscription. A few models are free so you can try the app properly before paying for anything.
- Payment is charged to your store account when the purchase is confirmed.
- The subscription renews by itself for the same period and price until you cancel it.
- If a free trial is offered and you cancel before it ends, you are not charged.
- An unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
- Prices are set per country by the store and may change; you are told before a changed price is charged.
Cancelling
Manage or cancel from your store account — Settings → your name → Subscriptions on iOS, or Google Play → Subscriptions on Android. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the current period runs to its end. We cannot cancel or refund on your behalf: the store holds the payment relationship. Refunds follow the store's own policy.
If your subscription ends
Your saved artwork stays on your device and stays viewable. Paid models stop opening for new work until you subscribe again. Nothing you made is deleted because a subscription lapsed.
Fair use
Do not resell, redistribute or extract the 3D models, and do not try to break the parts of the app that check whether a model is paid for. We may end access that does.
No warranty
The app is provided as it is. We do not promise it is free of faults or that every model works on every device, and we are not liable for lost data — keep anything you care about backed up. Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer law where you live.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top moves when we do, and continuing to use the app after that means you accept the updated terms.
